The Suitland Manor Initiative is a complete acquisition, demolition, and relocation redevelopment project, with a price tag exceeding $80 million. The goals of the project are to improve the Suitland community by establishing a distinctive, positive identity for the community; sparking other redevelopment and renovation projects; and creating new homeownership and economic development opportunities.
