The Prince George's County Redevelopment Authority is pleased to invite developers to submit proposals in response to a unique opportunity to redevelop Suitland Manor. The Suitland Manor Redevelopment project (the Project) is a 22-acre site located in close proximity to the Suitland Metro Station, and across from the Suitland Federal Center. The goal of the Project is to improve the Suitland community by establishing a distinctive, positive identity; sparking other redevelopment and renovation projects; and creating new homeownership and economic development opportunities.
